Extending Invisibles into Porn and Internet Memes

You know that part of the DVD party game, SCENE IT, where they show a scene from a film but all the actors have been digitally removed from the scene as if they were an invisible man?   The concept is called INVISIBLES and was first seen online on the FILM WISE website many years ago.  Film Wise has over 400 Invisibles quizzes on their site, so it certainly will fill up your day as you try to figure some of those out.Andy Baio has taken the Invisibles concept a bit further, and instead of erasing just the people (leaving the clothing, just as an invisible man would appear), he has completely removed the people from the scenes of over 20 different popular Internet images.  Your goal is to GUESS THE INTERNET SCENE WITHOUT THE PEOPLE IN IT. 

Some of them are fairly easy (“Chocolate Rain” or “Badger Badger Badger“).  You’ll really show off your Internet nerdness if you can guess where all of them came from.

And Andy is not the only person who is Photoshopping things out of images.  Take a look at the INTERNET SEX PHOTOS (SFW) that Jon Haddock has put together.  These are scenes from porn films, after all the people have been removed.  What’s left is a little creepy and reminiscent of crime scenes, but apparently that’s what sells in the porn industry these days.
