How To Prevent Osteoporosis and Brittle Bones
“Drink beer”
Researchers studied the bone structures of 1700 women with an average age of 48, and discovered that BONES OF BEER-DRINKING WOMEN WERE DENSER than bones for women who did not drink beer. Even women who drank less than one pint per day (“light drinkers”) had noticeably denser bones than women who did not, which shows that it’s not the amount of beer that’s drunk – but that beer is being drunk at all, that helps.
It all has to do with the amount of silicone that the women ingest with their beer drinking, as beer seems to have a high concentration of it. Beer also contains high amounts of phytoestrogens, plant versions of oestrogen, which also help keep bones healthy.
