On any of your last vacations or business trips, have you ever smuggled anything into a movie theater, concert venue, or past the TSA security onto an airplane?
We’re not talking about anything illegal, of course. Something like a sealed bottle of water or a bag of candy purchased elsewhere. Nothing inherently dangerous, but just against the general rules of what’s allowed and what’s not.
And the usual method you employ to smuggle those items is usually what? Put them into a bag and hope nobody’s looking? Generally this will work…. but check out these WEIRDEST ITEMS SMUGGLED ONTO AN AIRPLANE to see if you would have the same guts to smuggle things in your pants:

After Web Watch posted about the TOP TEN HALLOWEEN COSTUMES FOR 2010, we received numerous requests about one of the entries: LADY GAGA.
So here is Web Watch’s GUIDE TO HOW TO DRESS LIKE LADY GAGA for Halloween.
First, let’s get some tips directly from Lady Gaga herself:
Researchers at Nara Women’s University’s Department of Environmental Health held a study to determine IF WEARING AN UNDERWIRE BRA EFFECTED A WOMAN’S ABILITY TO POOP. The theory was that the bra exerted pressure on the body; does this added pressure have an effect?

A while back, Web Watch wrote about the UNDERWEAR ECONOMIC INDEX, the theory being that people buy more underwear when they feel that the economy is doing well – and that people will make do with their existing underpants when the economy is doing poorly.
Based on that piece of stellar reporting, Web Watch is confident in saying that WAL-MART BELIEVES THE ECONOMY IS GROWING, as WAL-MART CEO BILL SIMON PREDICTS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON TO BE FILLED WITH UNDERWEAR AND SOCK PURCHASES for adults.

If you are a fan of 1960′s culture, such as what the TV show Mad Men tries to be, then you should be aware that the dapper 1960′s-era fashion is also making a bit of a comeback – a trend that has been directly attributed to the popularity of the fashion styles shown on that program:
And one item that has been consistently praised across the board is that the Mad Men fashion craze has brought back the Granny Panty.

When Jack Singer of Warwick, New York, wanted to celebrate his birthday in style, he did what any rational 10-year-old would do.

According to a study by Charles Gerba – professor of microbiology at the University of Arizona: the AVERAGE PAIR OF UNDERWEAR CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 1/10th OF A GRAM OF POO.
Gerba says that when you do an entire load of laundry that consists of just underwear, the wash water will contain about 100 million E. coli. That many critters won’t completely wash away when the load is complete, and will remain in the washer to infest the next load of laundry that gets washed.

SURVIVOR is one of those shows, especially as it is about to enter its 20th season this month with an all-star HEROES VS VILLAINS theme, that Web Watch loves watching – if only because the show somehow always figures out how to be fresh, exciting, and surprising season after season.
Jeff Probst has even given all future contestants one vital hint on how to survive Survivor, and it all comes down to studying game theory, which Web Watch will cover in a future post.
One thing that Jeff didn’t feel the need to mention is that one key part of being on Survivor is that at some point during the game, you’re going to be naked.
Sure, the CBS censors may pixelate your NO NO ZONE, or the contestants may decide to show off their newly-buffed bodies in an attempt to increase their Survivor-provided 15-minutes of fame — but after 20 seasons (and approximately 300+ contestants), there was bound to be a glut of Survivor contestant nudity available at some point.
It was inevitable, really.

A new study has come out that equates MEN’S UNDERWEAR PURCHASE WITH ECONOMIC STIMULATION.
Because nothing says “stimulation” than seeing that the men’s underwear market is a US$5 billion a year industry, give or take a little.
And these business analysts say that the economic ups-and-downs we’ve been experiencing lately are all tied to how often men purchase their tighty-whiteys, boxers, boxer briefs, thongs(!), and banana hammocks. (Web Watch includes those latter items for our European and more adventurous readers.)
