And the reviews are in. I made a double batch and it was gone in less than an hour. Almost everyone liked it but most say they prefer a more traditional guacamole. There were a few who begged me to make more. Thanks for taking the time to figure out how to make it and post it.

Okay, so I made it. Your recipe does not say where/when to add the bacon or bleu cheese (just fyi). I added a teaspoon of fresh chopped sage. We’ll see what our tasters say!
