Besides – it gives you a reason to visit Alaska and Hawaii to really know how to DRINK LIKE A NATIVE by knowing in advance what beverage you should order.
Let’s take a look at some of these 50 selections that each state is considered best known for:
- California: Sierra Nevada (for whatever reason, Web Watch always associated Sierra Nevada with Oregon. See, this map is teaching us something new already!)
- Oregon: Widmer Brothers
- Washington: Red Hook
- Colorado: if it was any other product other than Coors, we’d be surprised. But we do have a fondness for any number of Denver’s many microbreweries
- Ditto for Missouri and Budweiser
- Ditto for Wisconsin and Miller

- Kentucky: Jim Beam
- Georgia: Sweetwater
- Florida: Cigar City

You get the idea.
So here’s your challenge: how long can it take you to DRINK AROUND THE COUNTRY, imbibing one item from each of the fifty states? It better take you longer than a week, if only to avoid any potential legal or sleep issues.
