- 1 Cup Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 2 Jiggers Bourbon (one jigger equals 1.5 ounces, in case you don’t have an official jigger measure handy)
- 1-1/2 Tsp White Corn Syrup
Mix all ingredients together. Chill slightly, then shape into balls while cool. Finish by rolling balls around in powdered sugar.
As an alternative, you can dip your balls into melted chocolate or roll your balls around in more cocoa. Up to you. Or try all three variations.
