The AMERICAN HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT has done a study of living factors – health, education, and income – and has determined that CONNECTICUT HAS THE BEST WELL-BEING IN THE US.

The people who released the study point out that their study was an objective look at general lifestyle satisfaction.  Some of the factors taken into account ranged from how much the local governments invested in their community, to the percentage of smokers in the surveyed area, to life expectancy.
