Flights From Hell
We learn that plane travel is not necessarily as glamorous as it once was, and depending on the flight you’re taking (Orlando destinations tend to be filled with screaming kiddies in both directions), or the airline you’re flying on (Southwest appears to be a leader, if only based on what they’ve shown on that TV show), we all can say that at one time or other, we’ve all been on a FLIGHT FROM HELL.
You know the reading is going to be good when the site has awful plane ride stories segregated into the following categories:
Regarding the “Reclining Seats” category, I do have one question that I have yet to have adequately answered by anyone associated with an airline that I have spoken with: if one is working on a laptop on the tray table, and the rude person sitting in front of you decides to slam their seat into a full recline position (including using their feet against the bulkhead wall for added speed and downward force) — if this results in said laptop being damaged — who is liable? I am assuming that the airline will say that it is not their fault. Not saying that this actually happened to me, but if it did — what should be the proper resolution of this situation. Feel free to post in the comments….
