It’s the one weight loss tip that EVERYONE can handle

Web Watch knows how difficult it can be to stick to a specific diet plan.

It’s the one thing that everyone says that they’re doing (as we’ve mentioned in the past).  What’s the old joke?  “How can you tell if someone’s a vegan?”

“Don’t worry – THEY’LL tell you.”

And just like vegans are more than happy to share their dieting philosophy with others, so does everybody else who is on their own specialized diet plan.

But what would you say if Web Watch can tell you about one, absolutely fool-proof tip that ANYONE on a diet can implement that science has proven will give you positive results in your quest for weight loss?

First, a disclaimer:  this tip is not fool-proof if you’re not already working on some sort of diet and/or weight loss plan.  Used by itself, it’s a healthy, helpful bit of advice.  But if you aren’t doing anything to help support what this tip will do for you, then there’s nothing that Web Watch can do to help you achieve your goals.

Remember, you can’t win the lottery if you’re not willing to buy a lottery ticket in the first place.

So what’s the tip?  It’s this:

DON’T EAT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP.

Scientists have proven that eating at night doesn’t help you in terms of burning off those nighttime calories.  In other words, night snacking can help you put on weight, if only because your body doesn’t have the workload during sleep to process all that incoming energy.

Your body’s daily rhythms will dictate what’s a good time for you to eat.  Eating during daylight hours (more specifically – when your circadian clock is active) is perfectly fine.  But maybe you should skip eating that dessert or late night taco run.  Night eats will never lead to anything good.
