Maybe it has nothing to do with how much caffeine you’re ingesting after 2pm. Maybe it has nothing to do with eating sweets after dinner. Maybe you don’t have to worry about too much exercise after 6p giving your body too much adreneline.
Maybe it’s something much more basic than all that.
Even the worst hotels in the country offer two things in every hotel room: a bed, and a coffee pot.
Now, that’s not to say that the bed is going to be the cleanest or most comfortable, and the same can be said for the coffee pot’s cleanliness status.
But at least the coffee is typically available in a single-serve package that (one hopes) hasn’t been tampered with.

Some people religiously go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 5am, a good seven hours of sleep every night. They are also likely to have a decent breakfast and workout before heading off to be at the office before everyone else.
