THE RULES FOR THE OREO LICKING COMPETITION ARE:
- Twist the cookie open
- Lick the icing in the middle clean off the cookie without breaking it (breaking the cookie will force the competitor to start over with a fresh Oreo). Competitors can not use their teeth to scrape the icing off the cookie. Tongue only.
- Dunk the cookie halves in milk and eat them
- Finish by drinking all the milk
