What to eat before sex; what NOT to eat before sex

Some people don’t like to have sex after having a huge meal of pasta and beer.

“I’m too bloated, I feel fat. Don’t look at me.  <urp>”, they’ll say.

Others go out of their way to pile on a romantic dinner of strawberries, oysters, chocolate, and champagne, hoping to get their partner “into the mood”.

The question here is, IS EITHER PERSON RIGHT?

Survey shows SLIM-FAST is a better diet than NUTRISYSTEM

We’re always on some sort of diet.  You may be on a diet and not know it (check with your significant other if unsure).

For some, it’s just a question of eating less, eating healthier, eating in more instead of eating out.  Packing a lunch for school or work, bypassing desserts, cutting out alcohol for Lent…. no matter how you do it, there’s always some sort of decison making that goes along with your meal plan of choice.

How much weight does the average person gain at Christmas?

What did you have to eat for Thanksgiving?

If you were anything like the average American family, your Thanksgiving meal likely looked something like this:

  • Turkey (of course).  And eaten with the skin
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Dressing, lots of bread
  • Rolls, even more bread
  • Sweet potatoes.  With or without marshmallows
  • Pie.  Lots of pie.
  • Don’t forget the gravy

And that’s all just the appetizer course.  Remember all the cheese, shrimp, crackers, beef stick, and other snacks you also ate during the game?

Diet sodas are filled with poop. Seriously.

How many diet sodas do you drink in a day?

Two? Three? Twelve?

There’s a reason Diet Coke is more popular than regular Coca-Cola — people just like the taste better, regardless of whether they’re drinking it because it’s a diet beverage or not.

But have you looked at the ingredient label lately?

If you want to lose weight, don’t chew gum

Losing weight is a constant battle for some.  And as Web Watch has told you previously, it really all comes down to taking in fewer calories than you burn up in a day.  Sure, there are other influences involved, such as the family gene pool or other non-controllable items — but for the vast majority of us, weight loss really is about reducing our food intake in a smart manner.

It’s the one weight loss tip that EVERYONE can handle

Web Watch knows how difficult it can be to stick to a specific diet plan.

It’s the one thing that everyone says that they’re doing (as we’ve mentioned in the past).  What’s the old joke?  “How can you tell if someone’s a vegan?”

“Don’t worry – THEY’LL tell you.”

On a diet? Here are 200 calorie snacks you can have (some are better than others)

It seems that everybody is on some sort of diet these days.

Low carb diet, no carb diet, Atkins diet, South Beach diet, Full Body Cleanse, Grapefruit diet, Almond diet, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem — the list goes on.   We could even throw kosher, vegan, and vegetarian diets into the mix, as those are also both active decisions to eat food from specific food groups.

Look, all diets that are for weight-loss purposes (as opposed to diets for health reasons, such as for lactose-free, diabetic, or gluten-free diets) all come down to one thing:  you’re supposed to take in fewer calories than you expend in a given day.
