It’s all about avoiding the wrath and disappointment of the parents, combined with the realization that the living-in-sin couple might have to pay for their own wedding arrangements, we assume. To each their own. Whatever works.

What? You mean to say that there are doctors who can prescribe sex to their patients, and there’s an actual service those patients can turn to that will have sex with them “for medical reasons”?
