WHERE ARE YOU IN THE MOVIE? is a web gadget that calculates where you are in your current lifespan, then applies that figure to one of several different movies in order to show you what scene in the film represents your “now”.

At a party the other day, the girls were talking about various chick things, like shoes, when one of the men threw out their opinion on the current topic.
The women pounced on the opportunity, loudly proclaiming that the guy who dared voice his opinion had “lost his guy card”. The conversation quickly went badly for the men in the room as they defended their buddy’s innocuous comment.
Whether the men were successful in their defense or not is really not today’s topic – but rather, the one question left unanswered that night:
If there are at least 16 WAYS FOR A MAN TO LOSE HIS GUY CARD (give or take five or more other ways), can a woman lose her CHICK CARD? And if so, how?
Tilt shift photography is a way to make an image or film look like it’s of a toy miniture or the object is made of plastic — just by adjusting the focus used by the camera.
You can use a special tilt shift lens on your SLR camera, or you can manipulate the image digitally with Photoshop to change the focus to a much narrower frame of reference. Doing so makes the image appear much further away in the shot than it actually is.
You may have already seen some examples of tilt shift photography without even realizing it. Joss Whedon’s TV show DOLLHOUSE uses tilt shift photography in its opening credit sequence, seen here:

For a small fee, they will provide you with a package containing all government forms, including forms for passport, SSN, voter registration, driver’s license, and more. For a few dollars more, you’ll also be able to access information that would cover many of your financial contacts: retail credit cards, utilities, insurance, etc.
While this service currently only services Canada, they are expecting to expand into the US soon (if they haven’t done so already by the time you read this).

BROKEN PICTURE TELEPHONE is a free web-based party game, a variation of the old “Telephone” game you played as kids at a 5-year-old’s birthday party at Shakey’s Pizza back in the day.
The Telephone Game was where everyone would sit around the table, and the first person would come up with some silly tongue twister or crazy saying. They would then whisper the phrase to the person next to them, who would then have to whisper it to the person next to them, and so on and so on until the last person says whatever was whispered to them. The hope is that the original phrase will make it around the table intact, but it never seemed to work out that way.
