Josh Highland, as we saw in Web Watch yesterday, is classified on Tweeting Too Hard as being a narcisstic Twitter tool. Not at the top of the list, but a tool nonetheless.

NOM DE GUERRE bills itself as “the Real People’s Real Name Resource of Pseudonyms and Aliases”. Granted, it hasn’t really been updated since around 2003, so some of the more recent names you might be looking for are probably missing.

You go to the movies and stop at the snack bar for the “small” soda and popcorn before settling into your seat. Then you sit through 10 minutes of slideshow movie trivia and 20 minutes of trailers before the movie you came to see finally starts.

If you didn’t like the outcome of this year’s Celebrity Apprentice… and who did?… then this is your chance to join in a little good natured revenge with proceeds going to Refugees International.

Annie Duke and renowned Joan Rivers impersonator Frank Marino are joining forces on this charity poker tournament. Buy-in is $200 (with re-buys), and they expect a few poker pros to come out and join the fun. There are also going to be 20 other Joan Rivers impersonators playing along, each one with a bounty on their head for the lucky player who knocks them out.
Advance information is saying that the tournament is going to start at 6pm, but considering how much fun this sounds like, I wouldn’t be surprised if it started later and ran long into the night.

In previous posts that talk about improving the Disney shopping experience, Web Watch has touched upon Disney now making exclusive park merchandise available online and a request for Disney to make better merchandise options available than the standard “t-shirt, snowglobe, design-it-yourself” options… especially when it comes to available adult clothing or other products available for sale.
Today, I’m pleased to report that we may see a small turning of the giant, slow moving, merchandise cruise ship into more favorable winds.

A few months ago, Web Watch presented the TOP 20 MALE POSES SEEN ON FACEBOOK, but that appears to be just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to stereotypical Facebook photos and poses.
Urban Dictionary even has a definition for “Facebook Pose”: An “I look so good from this angle” pose that people pull when someone is taking a picture of them that is likely to appear on facebook. Such pictures are usually taken at a concert/party/club, and are posted for no reason other than to make people appear successful popular and like they have a life.
