Weddings can cost a lot of money. Web Watch has heard stories from our friends of their weddings costing tens of thousands of dollars — one even went into the six figures, partially courtesy of the location held high above Manhattan.
But just as there are many ways that can cause a wedding cost to skyrocket, there are plenty of other ways that the happy couple can cut down on the costs of some wedding specifics.
When it comes to beverages, there are COFFEE PEOPLE and NON-COFFEE PEOPLE.
There are also people who LIKE BEER and those who HATE BEER.
Some parents have even gotten into the habit of lying to their children about coffee – telling them that you must be 16 years old before you could legally buy or drink coffee at all, putting coffee squarely into the “adult beverages” world that is usually exclusively assigned to alcohol.

The other day, Web Watch was in a grocery store where we saw a woman with her chihuahua on a leash walking through the produce section. The dog was wearing a “service dog vest”, indicating that this dog was specifically trained to assist the disabled in some manner.
And we’ve been seeing more and more of this. Service dogs appear to be everywhere nowadays. Have you seen this trend also?
There are two places that people dread visiting: the DMV and the doctor’s office.
For whatever reason, both places tend to make your visit an excruciating painful routine of waiting, waiting, and more waiting.
While Web Watch can’t help you with the DMV, we can help you with your doctor visits. Common sense says to book your doctor’s visit first thing in the morning, before they get backed up with patients that talk too much or have more complicated issues than you do.
But is that really the best time?
