It’s the law in New York City.
If a woman wants to WALK AROUND NEW YORK CITY WHILE TOPLESS, SHE’S LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO SO.

Go to the mall on any given weekend, and you’ll see tons of people. But are they strolling and browsing, or actively shopping?
Well, if you believe what the polls are saying these days, WHERE YOU LIVE DICTATES HOW MUCH YOU LOVE (or hate) TO SHOP.

What About Sex?: Teens Speak Out About Parents, Peers & Personal Responsibility
It’s a growing trend these days – parents, in their bid to be “cool and hip”, are allowing their teens to have more and more benefits that the parents may have been denied themselves while growing up.
Whether it be their own cellphone when they’re 10 years old, regular access to the kegerator in the basement when they’re 15, or being given their own new car just because they lived to be 16-years-old – more parents are deciding that the old rule of “as long as it’s at home, it’s okay” is a perfectly adequate way to raise their children.
Even when it comes to teens having sex in the house.

Doctor walking around in scrubs
You’ve seen them around town: walking through the park on their way to and from lunch, driving through the bank teller line, shopping at the grocery store, eating at restaurants after a shift, riding your elevator — doctors, dental hygenists, nurses, and other medical professionals all wearing their scrubs out in public.
Think about it.
Why do medical professionals wear scrubs? They’re easy to clean, and they don’t want to get their “real” clothes dirty.
So why do you see so many of these same medical staff wandering around in public in their scrub outfits? They certainly aren’t going to wear these non-sterilized clothes anywhere that would possible infect you in their day-to-day care of your illness or dental exams.
Or are they?
If you have a body piercing (ears, belly button, nose, lip, elsewhere), a decorative tattoo or scar — yes, scars can be decorative — or have had some type of non-medical-related surgery purposefully intended to change the way your body looks away from what it considered a traditional appearance, then you’ve participated in body modification.
There are all sorts of body mod websites out there, some of which – like BME.COM – we’ve talked about previously on Web Watch.
Here’s a new one for you: where do you turn when body modifications are a religious experience?
FLASH! Bars, Boobs, and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild
Canadian music fan Andrea Irwin has an incident on her permanent record , just for attending a Kid Rock concert.
It’s not unusual for people to be arrested at a Kid Rock show – it’s mostly out-of-control drunks and the occasional fight in the pit. Web Watch has seen it first-hand — Rock puts on a great, entertaining and engaging show. He’s a showman. His fans really get into it.
But to kick Andrea out of the building for merely enjoying herself and getting caught up in the moment? That’s not right.
So what did Andrea do that was so horribly, horribly wrong that got her in trouble at a Kid Rock show?
There’s the old joke that too many people think is funny when the census form comes around every few years: “Sex”?
And Mr Jokey-Pants will not want to answer “Male” or “Female”, but rather “Yes” or “Last Night”.
Ha ha? Not so much.
But that’s not stopping the census takers in Nepal from deciding to really for-real add a third option to the census form beyond the traditional “Male” and “Female” options.
