On a diet? Here are 200 calorie snacks you can have (some are better than others)

It seems that everybody is on some sort of diet these days.

Low carb diet, no carb diet, Atkins diet, South Beach diet, Full Body Cleanse, Grapefruit diet, Almond diet, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem — the list goes on.   We could even throw kosher, vegan, and vegetarian diets into the mix, as those are also both active decisions to eat food from specific food groups.

Look, all diets that are for weight-loss purposes (as opposed to diets for health reasons, such as for lactose-free, diabetic, or gluten-free diets) all come down to one thing:  you’re supposed to take in fewer calories than you expend in a given day.

Scientists are always looking for the next, best thing.

And in their quest to determine how much air and environmental pollution farm animals contribute to the Earth each year, it can become necessary to teach those same farm animals how to do their business on demand.

Think of this along the lines of you you’d housebreak a dog, or teach a cat to use the toilet instead of a litter box — all animals can be taught to associate bathroom time with a specific action, method or command — the object with farm animals is that you’re dealing with the same on a much, much bigger scale.

Video Fun: Butt Bongos

Making music is supposed to be joyful.  At least for the artist performing the piece.

One would hope that all involved in the production enjoy themselves equally, from the roadie to the sound guy to the guitar tech on up the line.

Until you run across something that’s just a little, well… off the beaten path.  One of those times when you have to wonder if everyone got paid their fair share for their participation in the project.

Pubic hair mishaps on the rise. (Gives new meaning to Wax on, Wax off)

Maybe you’ve been one of the lucky ones thus far.  You’ve never nicked yourself… down there… with a razor.

Yet.

But that all could be about to change, if a recent trend of specific emergency room visits is any indication.

Did you know that Japan doesn’t celebrate Valentine’s Day?

Web Watch was shocked to hear this, just as you were we can imagine.  Despite all the marketing that Hallmark and other greeting card companies have done thus far, could you believe that Japan has withstood that barrage of marketing and decided to do their own thing instead?

Need a new logo design? Try a Logo Contest

Does your company have an iconic logo, one that defines who you are or what you do in an instant?

We’re not talking about a cartoon character spokesman, like the Geico Gecko (or the Geico Caveman, take your pick).  We’re talking something more akin to the “apple” logo for Apple.

As we’ve seen on any number of episodes of THE PITCH or CELEBRITY APPRENTICE, a vital part of marketing your business or product can come down to the most simple of items, THE LOGO.
