It’s just another thing that parents do to embarass their kids: dressing up their kids in funny costumes and taking pictures of ’em.
Pictures that can be used for high school yearbooks, engagement party photo displays, bar mitzvah autograph boards — you know, anything that can be blown up to poster-size and put on display for the world to see.

Some people travel to be educated about an area’s history.
Some travel to try different cuisines, or to learn about different culture.
But after you’ve done all that, you may still have another 20 hours of the day to kill, wandering around a strange or unfamiliar city looking for something to do.
And that’s why you may find yourself, with camera in hand, looking for the underbelly of interesting things in your new locale. There may not be a HARD ROCK CAFE or PLANET HOLLYWOOD nearby for you to buy a T-shirt from, but there may be something equally awesome.

Web Watch never get bored while waiting on line for a Disney theme park attraction.
The detailed queues, interactive distractions, background music, park smells – the general happiness that permeates the Disney parks are designed to distract you from even thinking that you’ve been waiting in line for 2 hours to ride Toy Story Mania.
Okay – maybe waiting two hours for a 3-minute ride isn’t exactly a good use of anyone’s time, and definitely showcases the largest problem with the use of FastPass (but we digress, as we’re not going to talk about the pros/cons of FastPass today).
No, today we’re going to highlight the dark side of the Disney Park experience: the “gotta go, gotta go” mentality that pushes a family to Do Everything, Because It’s an Expensive Disney Trip, Dammit.

Not everybody looks good in pictures.
At our local grocery store, the store management has their headshots all lined up near the cash registers so that the customers can easily recognize who’s in charge.
All the photos are standard grocery store headshots: blue background, corporate-looking shirt (with and without a tie, depending on managerial level). You know the type of pictures these are, and they all look like they were taken the same day… well, all but one photo on the wall were like this.
One picture stood out from the rest: it was the picture of one of the female managers, taken at GLAMOUR SHOTS. Fuzzy purple boa, feathers in the hair, sultry/pouty pose while looking over a shoulder, heavy hairspray and makeup. In other words, not exactly what we customers would want to see as a store representative of our food and beverage supermart.
