How much time have you spent contemplating your underwear?
Ladies – we all know that you have segregated your underwear drawer into “everyday”, “date night”, “special occasion”, and “laundry day” categories. There may be more, but women seldom like to be privvy to their private stash.
Men, on the other hand, have “everyday”, “laundry”, and “not quite laundry”.

We all know that the Modern Man doesn’t buy underwear.
At least, the Modern Man doesn’t buy any new underwear. They just stick with the briefs or boxers that their mom last bought for them as they headed off to college, and then proceed to wear them until the waistband separates from the cool cotton comfort.
No elastic? No problem!
There’s a reason why many rock stars on tour have “3-pack of underwear, assorted colors” on their concert rider. It’s easier to have a fresh pair handed to you by a complete stranger rather than ask them to do your traveling laundry while you’re on stage.

Smart women will pay big bucks to the old ladies at the lingerie store (or bra department at the local department store) to get properly measured. Hey, every woman is different – not all bras are made to fit every boob that’s squished into that lace.
But not every manufacturer adheres to the same measurement scale and sizing guidelines.
Oh, sure – they pretend to do so. But women know that’s not really the case.

And with all that traveling, you may have found that you have specific habits or tricks of the trade that you’ve figured out along the way.
For us, it’s that we always have to travel with a fresh crossword puzzle and a pen. The goal is to finish the crossword puzzle before the end of the flight.
Easy, right? Sure, we have other oddities in our carry-on luggage: a pair of dice being one of the more unusual items to have, but it goes along with the deck of cards.
You never know when you’re going to end up needing a deck of cards.

Yes, men – women do care about your underwear. They may not like to admit it, but just like the old saying, “clothes make the man,” so goes the other saying, “cartoon animal underpants are a big turn off”.
Men – do you really wonder WHY women like wearing push-up bras, beyond the fact that they choose to do so and you get a bit of benefit from it?
Would you believe that a good bra — and in particular, a push-up bra — leads to increased confidence?

A few years ago, Web Watch was visiting Las Vegas with some friends. As is the case when traveling with a large group of people – especially in Vegas – we all found ourselves staying in different hotels.
And as is the case with different Las Vegas hotels, cleanliness standards can be a bit different from hotel to hotel, company to company.
So while Web Watch was enjoying our crisp, clean sheets, one member of our brigade found herself being transferred from one dirty hotel room to another until she ultimately asked to be checked into a different hotel across the way.
Apparently, maid service doesn’t always check to clear the room of used.. (ahem) … from underneath the bed.
